A couple have changed their whole lifestyle so they can live it in a zero-waste way.

According to the Metro, 28-year-old Anna Masiello changed her way of life with her husband, 29-year-old Diogo. They now swap old clothes with friends and use a plant-based diet.

They have also stopped using toilet paper and use a portable bidet made from a water bottle with a shower head to clean themselves. All shower water is saved in jars so it can be re-used later. They say that they now only spend £8 per month on water charges thanks to their change in lifestyle.

Their whole aim is to cut back waste and they say that they now only dump one black bag of waste every six months.
