The Health Service Executive (HSE) is today warning that the positivity rate for the virus among the community has begun to rise again.
According to the HSE, some counties are reporting a massive 15% rate of positive test results.
This is the latest indication that the Government’s vaccination program might not be quite as ‘successful’ as the Government proclaims.
