A judge has ordered 178 hospital staff in the US to take the coronavirus vaccine or find another job.
117 employees currently working at Houston Methodist Hospital group had filed a lawsuit against their employer over the vaccination requirement.
But the judge sided with the hospital group and threw the case out of court.
Houston Methodist employs around 25,000 people, most of whom did comply with the vaccination rule.
The 178-strong group now has seven more days to take the vaccine, or their employment will be terminated.
