A new study claims that eating just one yoghurt a day can prevent and/or reduce your chances of getting osteoporosis.
Research carried out a team effort from Trinity College Dublin, St James’s Hospital and researchers from the University of Ulster at Coleraine.
The research found that eating just one yoghurt a day can see a 39% lower risk of osteoporosis for women and a staggering 52% lower risk of osteroporosis for men.
