Sir David Attenborough is the latest celebrity to hit out at people feel the COVID vaccines are unsafe and who are unwilling to get vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccines from big-pharma companies such as AstraZeneca and Pfizer, reports the Metro.
In an interview with Channel 4 news, Attenborough said “It is an ignorance of medical fact and if you don’t understand it, it’s very easy to mistrust it” referring to the Covid-19 vaccines.
He then went on to warn we face a ‘serious situation’ if anti-vaxxers get the ‘upper hand’ in persuading the public not to get vaccinated.
The media seems to be ramping up negative Anti-Vaxxer sentiment in recent weeks with BBC running a Panorama programme called Vaccines: The Disinformation War.
