Fianna Fail and Fine Gael Government looking possible as two leaders hold talks

The prospect of a Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael Government could be on the cards as both Leo Varadkar and Fianna Fáil leader Mícheál Martin have held talks.

It is understood that both leaders held talks on a number of policies, but both leaders have confirmed that talks will continue.

It is expected that talks between both leaders will continue today.

However any potential future coalition will hinge on the prospect of gaining support from the Green Party.
