Fraudster Bernie Madoff has passed away in jail today, aged 82.
Madoff, who engineered a wide-scale Ponzi scheme that conned people out of billions, was serving a 150-year sentence for his crimes.
It is estimated that Madoff managed to swindle upwards of $65bn before the scheme came crashing down.
