
A garda was injured during an incident involving a teenager on an e-scooter in Finglas, Co Dublin, on Wednesday.
In the Cappagh area of Finglas, gardaà stopped a youth in his mid-teens who was riding an e-scooter, reports Breaking News.

A quantity of cannabis was seized and the youth was arrested and detained at Finglas Garda Station.
He was subsequently released and a file will be prepared for consideration under the Youth Diversion Programme, reports Breaking News.
During the incident, a garda sustained a non-life-threatening injury.
He was brought in for assessment and is continuing to receive hospital treatment, reports Breaking News.
Gardaà say no additional information is available at this time.
