
Three youngsters were stopped driving a tractor though Trim, Co. Meath on Sunday night, RTE reports.
A Facebook page called ‘Meath Crime Prevention’ posted that gardai stopped the tractor that was being driven by a 12-yr-old boy with an 8-yr-old and a 15-yr-old boy in the tractor with him.
RTE report that the lights on the tractor were not switched on and that the boys were taken to the local station where their parents were contacted.
The Facebook post posted: “We know young farmers love driving tractors, but they have to wait until old enough to be properly licensed.”
