“Get your jabs” – Covid-19 outbreak in Wexford General Hospital, one area majorly affected

According to Wexford General facility, there is a COVID-19 epidemic in one region of the facility, reports RTE.

Patrick’s ward visits are being limited by the hospital due to heightened infection control protocols.

The ward will only accept visitors under special situations, such as when a patient is seriously sick or nearing the end of their life, reports RTE.

According to the hospital, anybody who need to get in touch with Patrick’s ward can do so by calling 053 915 3000, which would connect them to the nurse manager working there.

The Ireland East Hospital Group stated that minors are not allowed to visit the hospital and that visitors are only allowed to see one portion of the facility at a time, per patient.

The hospital has expressed regret for any trouble it may have caused, reports RTE.
