Many people are saying that they’re refusing to download the newly released government tracing app for fear that it’ll trace more than their movements in relation to coronavirus.
On Monday, the Irish Government launched a new coronavirus contact tracking app.
The new app, which has been created and funded by the Department of Health and the Health Service Executive, has reportedly been downloaded over 100k times already.
1,742 people have died from Covid-19-related causes in Ireland so far but again many people believe that these figures are incorrect.
