Hit reality TV show ‘Love Island’ accused of “dumbing down society”

The hit TV show ‘Love Island’ has been accused of purposely “dumbing down society”, by psychological experts.

The show sees willing participants take part in a reality TV Show that alleges to look for the love of their life while they stay in a villa in Majorca.

But experts say that the show does nothing other than “dumb down the people who watch it” insisting that it gives the wrong message to young people that they can act in a “predator-like” when approaching and “trying it on” with the opposite sex.

Ireland’s Maura Higgins received a negative reaction from Piers Morgan this week after he claimed that she would be arrested had she been a man and Tommy Fury been a woman with the antics she undertook in the villa when she tried to kiss him and he stopped her.
