The Chief Medical Officer has come out hard against foreign travel for 2020.
Tony Holohan said that he strongly advises people to NOT travel abroad due to the high risk of coronavirus.
Holohan said that he is now very concerned at the vast numbers of people he’s seeing gathered together with absolutely no social distancing taking place.
He said that thinks people need to use common sense in relation to travelling abroad this year and that they should consider cancelling plans if they had them.
