
Tributes are being paid to a young father of three from Co Roscommon who passed away suddenly earlier this week.
Callum Nally, from Monksland in Athlone, died unexpectedly on Tuesday (April 28), according to a death notice posted on RIP.ie, reports The Mirror.
Callum is deeply mourned by his devoted mother Sharon, stepfather Joey, his children Ava, Freya and Colby, sister Bhrianna, brother Davin, grandparents Mary and Alfie Nally and Eileen Turley, as well as his uncles, aunts, cousins, in-laws, extended relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Callum was a skilled martial arts fighter and was both a member and coach at Hiver Muay Thai gym in Athlone, reports The Mirror.
His sudden passing has left loved ones heartbroken, with his brother Davin sharing an emotional tribute to him in a touching social media post.

“I may not have had a biological father to raise me into a man, but my big brother Callum Nally was always there,” Davin wrote, reports The Mirror.
“He showed me how to be strong, how to fight, and how to show kindness and love to others, my biggest supporter, my big brother, who believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself, I have never known and never will know another man like you big brother.
“Forever and always Callum, I will love you until my final breath and into my next life until we meet again, forever and always, brother,” reports The Mirror.
Mourners also shared heartfelt tributes to the well-liked young martial artist, with one person saying: “I am so heartbroken to hear this terrible news about this lovely lad Callum. I shared many funny stories about his Dad, he always gave the warmest, biggest hugs, what a truly beautiful soul he was. My sincere condolences to all his family, the Nallys and Turleys. My heart goes out to you all, he is reunited with his Dad Eoghan now.”
Another person added: So saddened to hear of Callum’s passing. I have many cherished memories of Callum as a young boy during his Gaelscoil days. He was full of character, always including his classmates and had a wonderful sense of humour. My deepest sympathy to Sharon and all the family at this difficult time. Callum’s funeral took place at Ss. Peter & Paul’s Church in Athlone on Saturday, and he was laid to rest in Coosan Cemetery, reports The Mirror.
