Image Source: BBC NewsMet Eireann has issued a Status Orange weather warning ahead of the arrival of Storm Atiyah, which brings winds of 65 to 80 km/h with gusts from 110 to 130km/h.
The warning will kick in at 9am on Sunday, and will cover counties Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Clare, Kerry, and Limerick.
Met Eireann has also warned of the possibility of localised flooding across a number of communities.
The warning will remain in place until 6am on Monday.
