Footage emerged on social media of a male jogger punching an elderly woman as he ran past his victim last Friday night in Gillingham, UK.
The woman was walking a dog at the time of the assault. The CCTV footage shows Susan Linnell walking on the footpath around 8.30pm Friday night. A man described as “young” approaches Ms Linnell and knocks her to the ground.
According to the Metro, the male attacker barely breaks stride and continues down the road with a hi-vis jacket tied around his waist.
The woman’s daughter Becky said she hit her head on the pavement after being punched in the face.
The attacker has not yet been identified.
