An Iraqi migrant in Australia, who sexually assaulted a 3-year-old girl, has been told he will be deported back to his native country once he completes his prison sentence.
Mohammad Hassan Al Bayati (30), who arrived in Australia by boat in 2011, was captured on camera taking a girl from a shopping mall playground, as her mother was Christmas shopping, and sexually assaulting her.
Al Bayati was working in the Sydney shopping centre as a security guard at the time.
For his crime the Iraqi migrant was sentenced to just two-and-a-half years in prison.
In the wake of public outrage and disgust Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has said that his government will “boot out” the Middle Eastern child sex abuser all the way back to Iraq once his sentence is completed.
