
GardaĆ are investigating a stabbing of a boy in Limerick city centre.
The youth was attacked on Parnell Street at around 5.45pm on Friday evening, reports Breaking News.
He was rushed to University Hospital Limerick where his condition was understood to be stable.
A garda spokesman said: “GardaĆ are investigating an incident of assault that occurred on Parnell Street, Limerick yesterday evening, Friday 12th June 2026,” reports Breaking News.
“A male juvenile teen was taken to University Hospital to be treated for injuries believed to be non-life threatening.”
The spokesman confirmed that garda enquiries into the attack were “ongoing,” reports Breaking News.
