The trial of the so-called ‘ISIS Bride’ Lisa Smith will go ahead, following the dismissal of a recent bid to have the charges dropped.
Ms. Smith faces charges of being a member of the Islamic State and financing terrorism.
Opening hearings start on Tuesday morning.
