Josef Puska’s wife and two brothers to face trial in 2025 for failing to disclose information regarding the murder of Ashling Murphy




A trial will take place next year for the wife of Jozef Puska and two of his brothers. They are charged with failing to disclose information regarding the murder of Ashling Murphy in January 2022.

According to Breaking News, Puska was found guilty of murdering Ms. Murphy last November and he received the mandatory life sentence for the crime.

Ms. Murphy was 23 and workign as a primary school teacher when she was killed by Puska, who stabbed her 11 times in the neck. Her death caused outrage throughout the country.

Puska’s relatives will now face trial in April 2025 and it is expected that the trials will last up to 4 weeks. The three have been granted full access to free legal aid for their defence.
