Bottled mineral water company Kerry Spring has had a provisional liquidator appointed after a judge declared the firm insolvent.
Kerry Spring, which employs over 35 people at a manufacturing facility at Ballyferriter, Dingle, Co Kerry, had a deficit of €1.1m earlier this year, and could no longer sustain losses.
According to a spokesman for the company, the decision by Dunnes Stores to stop stocking its products had devastating effect on its finances.
