The French government has revised planned fines fo up-to €45,000 for business’ who breach the Covid-19 “Health Pass” laws.
Implementation of the fines have been postponed to an unspecified date and the fines for business owners have been reduced to €1,500 according to a spokesman in the French government.
Similar to the Irish government, the French government have planned to implement “Health Passes” for vaccinated citizens.
According to France 24, The Health Pass would have been rolled out across French society for access to services including cinemas, bars, restaurants, hospitals and long-distance train and planes, a decision that led to protests at the weekend.
