There’s been major disappointment of Ireland’s LGBTI+ after it’s been announced that Dublin’s Gay Pride parade cannot go ahead this year.
This year’s Dublin’s Pride parade has been cancelled due to Covid-19 fears.
The yearly festival is one of the main fundraising events for a lot of LGBTI+ community organisations and charities in Ireland, so its cancellation deals a severe financial blow.
It is understood that a digital event will stand in for the street festival this year.
