The Liberal revealed last evening that there had been a violent assassination attempt on Dublin MEP candidate and local election candidate Malachy Steenson at his Dublin office in Eastwall.
One man remains in custody this morning after he attacked Malachy Steenson’s office claiming that he intended to kill Steenson.
Malachy Steenson says that he vows to go on and will be threatened or intimidated into not running.
