Police in the UK have arrested a man on the suspicion of murder after a 1-year-old baby girl died in Greater Manchester.
According to Sky News, the arrest comes after police were alerted to an incident at Cross Lane, in Radcliffe, on Wednesday afternoon.
Officers investigating the case say the baby girl was found with serious injuries before she was taken to hospital.
However sadly she passed away a short time later.
It is understood that a 19-year-old woman has also been arrested on suspicion of causing or allowing the death of child.
Officers say specially trained officers are assisting family members at this difficult time.
