Met Eireann is forecasting a largely settled and mostly dry weekend, with just some light rain at times.
Today, Friday, will see a lot of dry weather and long bright spells, with temperatures reaching 9C-10C at best.
Saturday and Sunday will bring similar weather patterns, with good bright spells and similar temperatures, with just the odd light shower across coastal areas around the south and west of the country.
Early indications for next week point to a wet start on Monday, and afternoon temperatures of just around 10C.
