Met Eireann forecasts a period of settled weather over the coming week as a warm airmass approaches from the Azores




 

Met Eireann is forecasting a period of settled weather over the coming week as a warm air mass approaches from the Azores.

The current weekend will see a mix of sunshine and showers, becoming heavier and possibly thundery on Sunday. Temperatures will reach 22-23C at times.

Monday will be a bright, mostly dry day, with well scattered showers and temperatures remaining in the low 20s.

The weather is expected to improve significantly towards the second half of the week, with temperatures rising to mid-20s.
