Met Eireann is today warning of the possibility of thunderstorms on St. Patrick’s Day.
According to the national forecaster, the big day will likely bring a mix of brief sunny spells and widespread showers, some of them heavy, with a chance of thunderstorms in places.
Temperatures will remain relatively mild throughout St. Patrick’s Day, reaching 14C at times.
