The Kremlin says that Western media is lying through its teeth about what’s actually happening on the ground in the Ukraine and what the Russian army are actually doing.
They’re saying that only one side of the conflict is being broadcast and that nothing that the Ukraine did in Russian friendly territory has been reported since elections in the country in 2014.
Along with that, Russia claims that the banning of Russian-run media around Europe will only show the conflict through one set of lens.
They say that they’re not intentionally bombing civilian areas, hospitals or other places where large numbers of people are.
However, as it stands, Western media is all the world will see as Russia has effectively been cut off from what anyone can see, but we can see footage that emerges from the Ukraine.
