Forecasters have said that Storm Dennis is going to lash Ireland and the UK over the weekend until at least Monday afternoon.
Meteorologists have issued a ‘weather advisory’ notice as Storm Dennis is to trash coastal areas in particular with heavy rainfall and strong winds.
Crosswinds and dangerous driving conditions are forecast with motorists advised to be extremely careful over the weekend as the storm takes hold.
