A video showing a homeless Irishman discussing how he was arrested for pitching his tent in Dublin and is now facing charges is going viral and people are expressing their outrage online.
The video posted by ‘Irish News’ on YouTube shows a man, Donal, a plasterer by trade, discussing how heart-breaking it is for him, a native Irishman to see foreign nationals being housed in apartments while he languishes on the street and now faces harassment for doing so.
While the government persists with establishing migration plantations across the country in the form of Direct Provision centres, costing the Irish taxpayer tens of millions of euros, increasing numbers of people are asking why Irish citizens do not factor highly in government concerns as winter sets in.
