New study claims that bald men are considered to be more dominant, confident and attractive

If you happen to have noticed that your hairline is receeding you maybe doing everything to stop it, however you may not have to any more as a new study has revealed that bald men are considered are more confident and attractive.

According to new research published by University of Pennsylvania, bald men are considered more masculine than their counterparts.

The study which involved both male and female participants showed that bald men were found more attractive, confident and dominant after the participants were asked to rate attractiveness, confidence, and dominace.

The detailed study also showed that bald men are considered to be taller with many participants guessing that men with less hair were an inch taller than they actually are.

It is believed that many feel that men who are bald are more dominant due to stereotypical perceptions, given that those who have less hair are more often found in more masculine roles.

The study however did have some drawbacks as participants perceived that those who had less hair were four years older than they actually are.
