Colm Kearins, a 66-year-old driver from Knockbeg, Colloooney, appeared before Sligo District Court on a charge of dangerous driving, reports Independent.
The incident occurred on March 29th, 2022, when Garda Ciarán Feeney observed a black Mercedes car on the Sligo Dublin road (N4) near Castlebaldwin traveling at a speed of 190kmh.
Judge Éiteáin Cunningham has fined Kearins €200 and disqualified the person from driving for two years, reports Independent.
