Payment firm Revolut is today warning customers of increased scam activity affecting the platform.
Many Revolut users have reported receiving calls, text messages, or emails purporting to be from the firm, asking them to disclose personal information or move funds to a ‘safe account.’
Revolut has confirmed that it will never ask customers to do this via unsolicited calls or text messages.
The company is advising customers who receive this type of communication to report it to Gardai immediately.
