Actress Lynda Baron has sadly passed away at the age of 82 her agent has confirmed.
Baron is best known for her role as Nurse Gladys Emmanuel in the BBC Open All Hours and it’s sequel Still Open All Hours.
The news of Baron’s death was confirmed by her agent Donna French who described her as a great actress and a great friend.
Baron who once described acting beside Ronnie Barker and David Jason as an unbelievable experience is also remembered for her roles in Come Outside, and Eastenders.
