The police officer accused of killing George Floyd has been granted bail at $1.25m.
It is understood Derek Chauvin was granted bail after appearing beforeĀ Hennepin County District Court on Monday.
Chauvin who has been charged with second degree murder, third degree murder and second degree manslaughter appeared via video link on Monday afternoon.
It is reported that Chauvin did not enter any plea and is due to appear before court on June 29th.
