Pop Idol star Darius Campbell Danesh has been buried in Glasgow in a funeral where around 100 mourners are said to have attended in order to pay their last respects.
According to the Daily Star, frieds of the late Mr. Campbell Danesh came to the intimate funeral service where it is said that a song “Caledonia” was played by a lone piper.
Several friends of the star gave tributes, including A-list Gerard Butler who said that Mr. Campbell Danesh “was always armed with a smile, a booming voice, and a genuinely warm embrace that few could resist.” He said that hie friend was an incredible talent and had great presence.
Mr. Campbell Danesh was found unresponsive in an apartment in Minnesota and was later pronounced dead.
