Irish Rail have issued a statement warning customers that there will be significant delays this afternoon following a serious incident at Harmonstown.
It is understood that there will be significant delays to all DART and commuter trains travelling between Clontarf and Howth junction.
Although it is not yet known what the nature of the incident is, Irish Rail have confirmed emergency services are at the scene.
They added that a further update will be made later today.
