To find out how the coronavirus epidemic affected Irish people’s life, the Central Statistics Office (CSO) has started a survey, reports Breaking News.
In March 2025, there will be five years since the danger of COVID-19 drastically altered people’s lives in Ireland.
The CSO is urging people to participate in Covid-19 – Our Lives Five Years On, a brief online pulse poll, reports Breaking News.
The purpose of the survey is to gauge the effects of the changes that individuals and families went through throughout that time.
Today marks the launch of this CSO poll, which is accessible on its website and social media accounts, reports Breaking News.
Anyone residing in Ireland who is at least eighteen years old is eligible.
The poll will end at midnight on February 3rd, and the findings will be released in March, which is also the anniversary of Ireland’s implementation of pandemic-related restrictions, reports Breaking News.
The director of the CSO’s social data collecting division, Fiona O’Riordan, stated: “We would like you to share with us how your life has evolved over the past five years.
“Does widespread remote working impact on your job satisfaction, work-life balance, or your opportunities for promotion? Did school or college closures impact your or your children’s education and social development? Have your personal relationships been affected, or has your attitude to exercise or social media changed?” reports Breaking News.
By choosing to participate in the brief poll, the public will offer important insights into how the epidemic has affected people’s life in Ireland, according to Ms. O’Riordan.
According to Ms. O’Riordan, the survey may be completed on any kind of device, including a mobile phone, and should take no more than ten minutes to complete, reports Breaking News.
