The airline has cut its airport check-in and missed departure fees, in another round of customer service shake-up.
One of the airline’s most controversial fees, the airport check-in fee, has today been reduced from from €70 to €45, and its missed departure fee has been reduced from €110 to €100.
These latest cuts come hot on the heels of a restructuring of its sports equipment service. The former €50 flat rate has now been split into five new categories – bike (€60), large sport (€60), skis (€40), golf bag (€30) and small sports bag (€30).
This move is part of Ryanair’s three-year ‘Always Getting Better’ customer experience improvement programme.
