Overnight stormy and windy weather has knocked out power to nearly 2,000 households across the country.
Most of the outages affect counties Cavan, Monaghan, and Mayo.
The ESB is also reporting outages in Wicklow, Kilcoole and Artane.
Crews are currently working to repair the faults, and power is expected to be restored to all households by mid-morning.
