The Taoiseach Micheal Martin has said that Ireland will be in a different landscape come the middle of the year as the Covid-19 roll-out process will be ramped up.
Speaking to RTE’s Prime Time programme, Martin said that there is hope for the country and he expects changes to the landscape in the coming months ahead.
The Taoiseach told the programme that we have achieved our vaccination targets so far and it has been effective.
He also said that there will be dynamic changes and with that we will be a different space by the middle of the year and therefore a we will have a different landscape.
The Taoiseach’s comments come after it has been revealed that nearly 220,000 people have been given the Covid-19 vaccine.
