The Minister for Arts Catherine Martin said the numbers point in the right direction for a full reopening of the live entertainment sector on October 22nd.
Martin spoke at the start of this year’s Culture Night and indeed all this week’s events.
Current government guidelines include 60% indoor and 75% outdoor capacities where attendees of events will be vaccinated or covered by Covid-19 19 to be recovered.
Martin said this week is an opportunity to celebrate Ireland’s arts and culture sectors and will mark a major turning point on our journey to recovery.
It finally looks as though the pandemic may be coming to somewhat of an end for Ireland.
