Ryanair might not be big on frills, but you would expect some level of customer service from the company right? Well this customer service agent doesn’t care too much.
One passenger Jordan Joshua Lewis queried the huge hike in payment for his seat upgrade. (Rather than an upgrade of £7 and total cost of £15, his seat hiked up to £40.)
He contacted a customer service agent online saying the practice was unfair, the blunt response Jordan got was classic Ryanair: “so?”
Speaking to the Dailyedge.ie Jordan admitted he was dumbfounded by the response yet found it “sassy” and let it lie.
It didn’t look like he was going to get very far!
