Three jail staff members have been sacked after Jeffrey Epstein’s death while in custody.
It’s understood that the warden and two guards have been fired from the New York jail facility where Jeffrey Epstein was being held. Epstein, who faced a lengthy prison term for a long string of alleged sexual offenses, was found dead inside his cell on August 10.
The death was ruled as a ‘suicide’, but questions remain over the manner of Epstein’s passing and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
