There was some sad news announced on Monday after the body of a woman aged in her 80s was found outside a church in Co Louth.
Gardaí say the woman was sadly found outside St Oliver Plunkett’s Church in Blackrock at approximately 7am on Monday morning.
They also they are not treating the woman’s death as suspicious and the woman’s has since been transferred to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda were a post-mortem examination will take place later today.
