A man aged in his 80s has sadly died following a two-vehicle collision in Meath.
The crash between a car and a van happened at approximately 5pm on Tuesday evening in Nobber.
The man was driving the van and was fatally injured during the collision.
The two occupants of the car were rushed to Our Lady Of Lourdes hospital by ambulance services and are currently receiving medical treatment.
The scene of the crash has reopened after a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Gardai have asked for anyone with dashcam footage who were traveling between Navan and Kingscourt on Tuesday evening between 4.30pm and 5.30pm are asked to contact Navan Garda Station at 046 903 6100, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 66-61-11, or any Garda Station.
