Tributes paid to teenager who has sadly died in crash in Co Donegal




A teenage boy has tragically lost his life following a collision near Buncrana, County Donegal, during the night, reports Breaking News.

The single-vehicle accident involving a car took place on the R244 (Mountain Road) at Ballinlough just after 5 am on Sunday, December 1st.

The car’s driver, who was the only person inside, sustained fatal injuries in the crash, reports Breaking News.

According to a statement from the gardaí, the local coroner has been informed, and a post-mortem examination will be arranged.

The road remains closed as Garda Forensic Collision Investigators are set to conduct a technical examination later on Sunday morning, with local diversions in effect, reports Breaking News.

Gardaí are requesting that any witnesses to the accident come forward. They are particularly interested in any road users who might have camera footage, including dash cam video, recorded in the area between 4:30 am and 5:30 am.
