In a collision in County Kerry on the N22, a woman has died, reports Breaking News.
The truck and car accidents occurred in Glenflesk village on Thursday afternoon.
The driver of the car in the collision, a 50-year-old lady, was pronounced deceased at the site, reports Breaking News.
There have been no further reports of injuries from the collision.
The woman’s body is still at the scene, and a technical assessment is still proceeding, according to Gardaí.
There are local detours in place since the route between Glenflesk and Lisivigeen is closed. The route is anticipated to stay closed until Friday morning, according to Irish Gardaí, reports Breaking News.
