Gardai have arrested two people after graffiti was sprayed on the Department of Foreign Affairs building.
It is understood that two people a man aged in his 20s and a woman aged in her late teens were arrested on Friday after a number of slogans were sprayed on the building.
The incident which is believed to have been carried out by Extinction Rebellion Ireland who shared footage of the incident on social media.
Gardai say both people were held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Kevin Street Garda station.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
